Early tomorrow morning I'm heading off to New York City.
That might mean my blog will be standing still for a while. But hopefully I'll be LIVE from NYC! :) Anyhow, stay tuned for more of the Thoughts of a White B'woy!
Wow! Your'e comin to NYC! You are gonna have a wonderful time...I would be sooo jealous if I didn't live here. Anyway, maybe I can be your guide for a day...:) sweetfryer@gmail.com. Be safe!
I am from Brooklyn (its technically part of NYC) and knowing that you like the Caribbean, I'm telling you that the Flatbush area of Brooklyn has A LOT OF WEST INDIANS!! I live there and at every corner there are Jamican, Trini, Bajan, Haitian etc. restaurants, stores, and just people all together. I think you would enjoy that area. There are people driving down the street blasting there soca and reggae. Its a very beautiful place to be if you the West Indies and the Caribbean.
P.S. - There are a lot more black people in Brooklyn than Manhattan also in Brooklyn on Caton Ave. and Flatbush Ave. there is a West Indian flea market that sells lots of West Indian goods. (Its a big blue and yellow building- it may be green also, im not sure)
You do good work for others who also feel like this. Keep it up, don't let the traditionalists distract. It's uplifting to see all the positive responses of the Black women! Nice.
From other "White B'woy" who no longer can keep his eyes off of a Black Goddess. Hilsen fra Norge!
