It's interesting. According to me Black women don't get less attractive the older they get. And I can't say the same about white women. But I guess it's all clear why I think like I think. After all I run this blog! :)
In Photo: 3 beautiful black women in the age of 45-55. :)

Yeah you run the blog but if you don't want haters on it,DON'T START THE MESS.
For real this post is inappropriate.
Why is it inappropriate? Black women do age better than women of other races. Its a fact.I see this post more as a compliment to the beautiful mature women out there.
Because of the composition of our skin - women of color tend to age "better" than caucasian women. It is scientific fact. We have more pigment (melanin) which protects us from sun damage, we also have more collagen as well - which keeps our skin plump and viable. There is nothing offensive to that - and as a public forum and blog - he is entitled to his OPINION. You must appreciate what he does if you happen to be reading this - and you are free to look away if you don't. As one of the women who do - I can't wait to see what his next post is. Keep doing your thing, love - we appreciate it.
This is his blog and he can post on here what he wants. Besides, what is wrong with showing more mature black women? Some of them still run circles around some that are a little younger and have not aged as well, specially if these ladies are taking great care of themselves. Also, Johannes is not the first white man to say out loud that he feels black women age better than white women.
As for the haters...they will come no matter what you post. If they don't like it, they will come and cause trouble anyway. So, why be concerned with them. :-)
What Andreas says is completely the truth. No white women still look so vibrant and beautiful even when over 80 years old (!) as a lot of black women do. Nichelle Nichols is a perfect example of this.

Only "inappropriate" for those women who are not described as black. But his post is true.

as a lot of black women do. Nichelle Nichols is a perfect example of this.
I loved that Afro she had in Star Trek the Motion picture. I thought it was sharp, I still think it does.

I knew some of you guys would come defendingn him without understanding my point :YES it's inaproppriate as black women (or men) we already the "black don't crack" so there's no to take down (just a little) white women to prove his point.
He could have said something about how good black are ageing without the comparison with other races.
Like I said earlier that's HIS blog but I'm sure some white girls (I know one) who appreciate the black beauty check the website and they can be offended by the content of this post.
But Andreas, if you want to take that route that's your call then don't be surprise if bondecore and co arrive and start "THE MESS".
So far this blog is mainly positive we don't another race war in the comment section. That's all I'm saying.
This has nothing to do with a "race war". As i wrote in the post: This is ACCORDING to me... that means a personal veiw of point.. I dont say everyone think like me.. it's just my personal thoughts.. as the whole blog title says also: "Thoughts of a white Bwoy". And "I CAN'T SAY..." is also refering to my personal view...
I think this post is more about putting the beautiful mature black women in the spotlight. They can teach us how to age gracefully.

Strangely, the only wars ever started in the comments sections are by people who apparently can't stand white men admiring black women this openly and this freely.
I saw Nichelle Nichols in person earlier this year. She is absolutely gorgeous. I'm esp. loving her silver hair. I hope mine looks as good as hers someday!
I'm 44, dark-skinned and often get mistaken for being in my late 20s. Yes, we do age well. Thanks for noticing and appreciating! :)
The most beautiful thing is a woman’s body. If you want to understand nature in its
perfect stage, you have to look at the woman’s body, the contour, and the whole
essence of a woman’s body is so amazing, especially African Black women.
There are stupid, jealous, hateful White women and their defenders making anti-Black woman comments in posts here where Andreas didn't even mention their trifling behinds, so don't use Andres speaking the truth about Black women aging well as an excuse for your lame White woman protectionism. It's not Black women's nor Andreas fault that White women age worse than a prune in the hot sun! It's not Black women's or Andrea's fault that White women look 70 when they turn 30!
As for your "White girls who appreciate this Black beauty site", please keep your little fairy tales to yourself. Those jealous heffas hate this site and you know it!
Andreas,
Thanks for your complimentary comments about how well BW age.
Keep on telling the TRUTH about Black beauty in all its forms, REGARDLESS of what ANYONE ELSE thinks about it.
You guys still don't get it, no let me correct myself don't want to get it. No one talked about the REAL MATTER here and I know Andreas understands very well why I still think this post is inappropriate. Everything is said in my previous post. I'm not going to reapeat myself.

Yeah I'm a black so I don't have any white girl friends? what is it? apartheid? American segregation?
U really think all the white girls coming to this site are jealous/haters or whatever? That's too easy.
How about reasoning before posting?
When it comes to aging, black skin endures far better as a general rule (in males and females). It just so happens that this blog is about black women and the comparison had to be made with women of a different skin colour (white, which endures far less). There's nothing messy about the comparison. Actually, your comments kind of remind me of the situation here in African countries where even black persons sometimes harbour this misplaced sense of extra sympathy for a white beggar compared to the black one, for example. It's like difficult to accept a positive aspect in a black person where there's an obvious negative in a white person.
I don't think Andreas meant this as a racist comment. It was just an obvious, identifiable fact. Try to let that one go, Faith and let's just try not to get into these debates about race. We're supposed to be celebrating beauty in black women, remember? Let the White B'woy say what's on his mind

Gene u got me wrong because I know what u're talking about some africans who just see positive in white person or in light-skinned women. But believe me I don't care about white women skin issues like wrinkles at only 20 yrs old or whatever. Of course there are some negative in white like in black, in asian,in indian,etc...
It's just this blog is about the beauty of the black women so no need to take down women of ANY OTHER RACE to prove how beautiful we are. That's it.
At least no one called me a hater because I disagree with this post, GOOD.
I'm gonna follow your advice Gene and just let it go...
@ Faith,
Actually, I think you're just a peace-maker or rather a compromiser? Your main objective is to try and keep the peace? Alot of us are like that, you know - always trying to stay clear of anything that might even remotely offend another person. I don't believe that's such a bad thing but to an extent.
I know in South Africa black people wouldn't be where we are today if people like Nelson Mandela were compromisers. People like him said what needed to be said no matter what.Same here - we absolutely HAVE to stand up for black women and we need people like Andreas to be able to say the positive things about black women without being afraid that some unjustifiably frail egos will get bruised along the way. Do you get my point?
I don't know whether i'm a compromiser I've never thought about it. Yet I got lof of friends from different races I grew up with them so maybe I see things from "multicutural" perspective.
I'm not fooling myself I know race is difficult issue and honestly If I was born in South A. Or America my point of view might be different. All is about experience I think
I got your point. That's Andreas' blog he has the right to speak his mind. Especially when the purpose of his about the love, beauty and praising for races equality. I really enjoy the diversty of women in this blog. We don't the usual Rihanna-Beyoncé-Halle Berry most beautiful black women on earth.
However like he said himself he's blog is getting more and more ratings thus he should be more concerned about the backlash of what he is saying. I know it's not right because its "thoughts of a white bwoy" but that's how it is.
My Tunisian best friend introduced me to this website so u see...
LOOK NOW!!!! I'm 43 years old, I'm sure much older than some of commentors on this blog, I'm here to tell all of of you 'Young Heads' out there that it is 'NOT THAT SERIOUS!!!! LOL!!!!! I have some things to work on, but who doesn't?? My advise, as I see it for those who may have a hard time with looking forward to aging.....PACE YOURSELVES!!!!!! PEACE FROM LADYDRAGON!!!!
